Fitness queen takes national title

Lithgow has now been crowned SA’s best for the second year running.

THERE’S just no stopping uMhlanga trained fitness queen, Jenna Lithgow. After winning the KZN Championships (beach bikini tall class division) recently, Lithgow also clinched the IFBB National Championships where she was selected to represent South Africa at the World Bikini Olympia Championships in Prague. She was also selected to represent SA at the Arnold Classic in Ohio next year.

“I was ecstatic to take first place in South Africa again, all those hours of training have really paid off,” she enthused.

Lithgow has now been crowned SA’s best for the second year running and said she was excited about the Olympia Champs in Prague.

“I have been blessed to have been selected for many international shows, which has helped me gain a lot experience and exposure. I really hope to make South Africa proud by bringing home the overall title,” she said.

Never far from her thoughts are her fans who Lithgow insist have played a vital role in her success. “It makes me more motivated to be an inspiration for others, being able to help people achieve their fitness goals is absolutely fantastic. I’d like to thank my fans for their loyal and kind support,” she said.
