Rape suspect arrested in Glen Anil after victim sees him
The alleged rapist was wearing a jacket that was stolen from the victim's home during the ordeal.
A RAPE and robbery suspect was arrested in Glen Anil on Monday after the victim involved in the ordeal noticed him on Spruce Road and alerted Marshall Security.

“Multiple armed reaction vehicles and members of Marshall Security’s Special Operations Team were immediately dispatched to the scene,” said Marshall Security spokesperson, Tyron Powell.
The suspect attempted to flee by jumping fences into neighboring properties when he saw armed response officers but was apprehended after a foot chase.
Greenwood Park SAPS detectives, who were investigating the house robbery and rape case since April, were called to the scene and confirmed that the suspect was the sought after for the crimes.
“Remarkably, the suspect was still wearing a jacket stolen during the initial robbery. He was then transported to Greenwood Park SAPS for further investigation and processing,” added Powell.
