“The victim was asleep in his home when he heard a noise downstairs. When he got to the bottom of the stairs, he noticed two men standing in his dining room. The suspects told him to be quiet and threatened to shoot him if he made any noise. The suspects asked the homeowner to put his hands up while they removed items from his home.

“The suspects made off with a laptop, a MacBook Air and a pair of sunglasses. They then fled on foot through the dining room window. They left behind a jacket and cap which we are tracing for possible DNA,” Deokaran said.
