eThekwini Municipality phone lines not working

In a statement, the eThekwini Municipality said the City is working to address the issue in order for the public to reach them for assistance.

THE City’s call centre phone lines have been affected and are not operating optimally.

In a statement, the eThekwini Municipality said the City is working to address the issue in order for the public to reach them for assistance.

“In the interim, water, roads and other engineering-related complaints can be logged utilising the City’s WhatsApp number 073 148 3477.  Complaints and queries can also be logged using the eThekwini Municipality App which can be downloaded from iOS and the Google store.” 

“Click this link https://bit.ly/34YF6Hk for guidelines on how to download the app and efficiently use it. The public will be notified once the lines are restored. We apologise for any inconvenience caused,” the City said in a statement.
