First online residential sales launch for uMhlanga

Around 68 per cent of buyers within Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre purchase homes between the price of R800 000 to R1,5 million.

THE first online residential sales launch takes place in uMhlanga on Saturday, 25 November. For the first time ever, buyers will be able to select and purchase an apartment unit from the comfort of their home, by simply clicking a button.

With over 1500 registrations for Summer Park Umhlanga in two weeks, this will be conducted on a first-come-first-serve basis and is the newest residential offering within Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre.

“Around 68 per cent of buyers within Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre purchase homes between the price of R800 000 to R1,5 million,” said Stefan Botha, director of Rainmaker Marketing.

The Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre is a mixed-use node. One of the forerunners of Tongaat Hulett’s new development model, the Town Centre brings residential, commercial, retail, medical, educational and leisure elements together to create a holistic environment that offers a multitude of business, shopping, entertainment and accommodation options.

“The lifestyle offered at Summer Park Umhlanga  complements the vibrant atmosphere Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre offers. Residents with children can feel safe to enjoy their space, especially as the area allows families to stroll along the promenade at any time of the day. While professionals who are always on the move have the assurance that their homes are safe when they are working late at the office or away on a business trip,” explained Botha.
