Sing has been nominated for four Independent National Gospel Music Awards (Ingoma) awards.
MOUNT Edgecombe’s Adrian Sing has been nominated for four Independent National Gospel Music Awards (Ingoma) awards. The former Northwood School learner has been nominated in four categories, Best Worship Album, Best Praise Album, Best Gospel Collaboration and Best Song Writer.
Sing hopes to take his contemporary music to the United States of America later this year.
“I’ve been working on a tour to the USA in September. My goal has been to win awards in South Africa, then Africa at the Trumpet Awards and then the USA. To get nominated for the Gospel Music Association Dove Awards or the Grammy Awards. I’ve had some great feedback from people over there and I would love to get more exposure for South African gospel music. I’m going to be able to collaborate with some gospel artists in the states which is a fantastic opportunity. This is all through God’s grace,” he said.
