Sharks warn of bogus test ticket scam

The scam artist is trying to sell bogus tickets to Saturday's clash between the Boks and the All Blacks.

THE Sharks have warned residents and the public at large of a scam selling tickets to Saturday’s Rugby Championship Test between the Springboks and New Zealand at GrowthPoint Kings Park. The bogus ticket scam is being operated by an individual named Marius Erasmus said the KZN based team in a statement.

“It has been brought to our attention that there is a bogus ticket scam being operated by an individual named Marius Erasmus, who is selling fake tickets for Saturday’s Test Match.  He is operating from the email address sales@hosco.co.za.

“The Sharks wish to advise that apart from 300 adult bench tickets still available for sale, at a cost of R300 each, we are completely sold-out with both stand and hospitality tickets. Please avoid purchasing tickets through any other avenue, except directly from The Sharks Ticket Office,” they said.
