The show showcases a tribute to 50 iconic chart-toppers and covers it all, from arguably the greatest rock ’n roll song of all time, Blue Suede Shoes; the greatest rock anthems of all time, like We Will Rock You, We Are The Champions and Don’t Stop Believing; the greatest modern pop songs from Katy Perry, Daft Punk and Rihanna; the greatest South African song of all time, Asibonanga by Johnny Clegg; the greatest Afrikaans song of all time, Los Lappie; the greatest duets of all time, including I Would Do Anything For Love by Meatloaf, Endless Love by Lionel Ritchie and Diana Ross; and even the greatest classical song of all time by Beethoven; and the greatest saxophone song of all time, Baker Street.
The table of 10 ticket giveaway is valued at R1 450. We will choose one winner and you choose your family or friends who will accompany you to ’50 Carat Gold’, running at The Barnyard until 19 July.
