Khloe Kardashian heads for Durban
The MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMA) will take place at the Durban International Convention Centre (ICC) on June 7 and Khloe Kardashian is in town for the event.
WITH Khloe Kardashian having touched down in South Africa and all roads leading to Durban’s ICC for the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMA) tomorrow the man in charge of the province’s transport and safety has appealed for strict observance of road traffic regulations.
In a statement KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Willies Mchunu said: “The province is expecting high volumes of traffic as people from within and outside the province as well as other countries make their way to the MAMA’s, the first awards to be staged in South Africa.
“People from countries including Nigeria, Kenya, and USA, to mention a few, are expected to attend the awards at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli Convention Centre in Durban, tomorrow (Saturday).”
The 29-year-old’s boyfriend French Montanna is scheduled to perform at the event that is a celebration of African music.
Other international artists that will be at the event include international R&B star Trey Songz. David Flavour from Nigeria will also take to the stage with Mafikizolo, Uhuru, Oskido and Professor from South Africa.
