JULIE-MAY Ellingson who sat at the helm of the Durban ICC for three years has resigned. The announcment was made late yesterday by the Durban ICC Board. Ellingson served as the centre’s CEO.

Ellingson said she had enjoyed her time with the Durban ICC.

“Whilst it has been an honour and a privilege to lead this great organisation, it is now time to move on to a new challenge. I wish the company well and would like to express my gratitude to the Board, Executive Team and staff for their hard work and support over the past three and a half years. None of these achievements would have been possible without each and every one of you”.

ICC Durban has been voted Africa’s Leading Conference Centre for six consecutive years by World Travel Awards.
