“We are incredibly excited to have made it through to the finals. I know that our team will be a force to be reckoned with. Our goal is to play as a team and remember everything we have been taught throughout our season, but most importantly to enjoy ourselves,” Bright explained.

Bright also spoke on the importance of the SPAR hockey challenge.

“These types of tournaments, like the SPAR hockey challenge, are extremely beneficial to helping me and the team grow our hockey game.
“It also helps develop our skills and meet players from across the province all bound by our passion for hockey. The camaraderie formed and friendships made are priceless. We thank SPAR for their support and commitment to girls’ school hockey in KZN,” she said.
