La Lucia homeowner robbed by armed suspects
The suspects allegedly fled on foot in the direction of the M4 Ruth First Highway.
THREE suspects held up a La Lucia resident in a house robbery in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The incident took place just after midnight on Belmont Gardens.
According to Marshall Security, three suspects, one of whom was armed with a knife, confronted the homeowner who heard a disturbance and went out to investigate.

“The suspects threatened him and made off with a laptop, an iPhone and a wallet. Thankfully the homeowner was unarmed in the incident,” Marshall Security said in a statement.
According to Durban North SAPS the suspects fled on foot towards the bushes along the M4.
Capt Raymond Deokaran, spokesperson for the station confirmed a case of house robbery has been opened.
