Suspects arrested for housebreaking in Greenwood Park

Upon arrival security officers noticed a broken bedroom window on the property.

TWO suspects were caught carrying a TV down Park Station Road after a housebreaking on Storm Road in Greenwood Park recently. 

This according to Tyron Powell of Marshall Security who said they received a call for help at approximately 9.35am.

“Our Emergency Dispatch Center received an alarm activation from a client’s home in Storm Road,” he said.

Armed reaction officers were immediately dispatched to the scene. 

“Upon arrival, our reaction officer noticed a broken bedroom window on the property. The neighbour advised they had seen suspects fleeing towards Park Station Road. Our reaction officer immediately proceeded toward that direction and noticed two suspects carrying a TV,” said Powell.

“Our reaction officer arrested both suspects and handed them, along with the stolen property, to Greenwood Park SAPS for further investigation and processing,” concluded Powell.
