A 22-YEAR-OLD man has died after he was stabbed several times in an altercation at the Briardene Informal Settlement.
According to Crisis Medical’s Kyle van Reenen, the victim was pronounced dead by paramedics on scene.

“He was stabbed five times in the upper back and when paramedics arrived on scene there was nothing they could do. He was declared deceased on the scene. It is believed an altercation led to the stabbing but police are investigating the case,” he said.
Greenwood Park SAPS were on scene however an arrest is yet to be made.
