According to Marshall Security’s Kyle van Reenen, the trio were arrested following a high-speed chase by Marshall Security’s Special Operations Team.

“The suspects were seen driving a silver Mercedez-Benz which had been stolen in a house robbery in the Sunningdale area and in an effort to evade arrest, the suspects began driving at high-speed on the N2 southbound highway before taking the M25 KwaMashu Highway off-ramp. The driver lost control of the vehicle causing it to overturn. Property confirmed to have been taken from the Sunningdale home was recovered in the vehicle,” he said.

Van Reenen congratulated the Durban North police for securing the convictions.
