More than 160 000 spoilt ballots confirmed
Of the 12 124 122 votes cast in the 2019 election, a total of 167 714 spoilt votes have been confirmed.
WITH the results from 17 286 of the 22 925 voting districts captured so far, the Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) has passed the halfway point in the tallying process.

The ANC is currently leading with 6 843 826 votes (57,19 per cent) this morning, the DA follows with 2 611 628 votes (21,83 per cent), the EFF with 1 206 588 (10,8 per cent) and the IFP with 349805 votes (2,92 per cent).
