Get down to the Rivertown Precinct for a sun-downer this Friday night.

THE regeneration of the inner city of Durban is taking place and one of the many projects contributing to this is an event that takes place on last Friday of every month. The Rivertown Night Market, run by Wholefood in partnership with Propertuity,  aims to bring people together into the city for a night of live entertainment, good food and great atmosphere this Friday evening.

The family orientated event market runs from 5:30pm until 10pm and focuses on local producers and entrepreneurs.

The evening will feature an eclectic line up of live music. This Friday’s market will host 21-year old musician from Pietermaritzburg, Matt Gardiner.

Included in the stallholders mix are artisan breads; marinated feta cheese; home- made ice cream; fresh fruit and veg as well as tasty meal options, sundowners, great coffee and craft beer. There will be gift ideas, accessories and decor inspirations – with the focus on nostalgia and innovation such as handcrafted items; locally-made good and bespoke handcrafted locally-made goods.
