Be the next queen: Entries invited for Miss Ballito and Miss Teen Ballito titles

Contestants will engage in charitable projects and seek sponsors to support various initiatives aimed at benefitting the community.

The opportunity to become the new reigning Miss Ballito or Miss Teen Ballito is finally here.

Entries to this prestigious title are open until the end of March for Miss Ballito and the end of April for Miss Teen Ballito.

Young ladies between 17 and 24 with a compassion for their community and a wish to make a difference, are invited to enter the main competition.

Teens between 15-17 years of age and Pre-Teens between 11-14 years of age can enter the exciting new teen and pre-teen categories.

All entrants need to live on the North Coast.

Entrants become involved in charitable projects, seeking sponsors to contribute to various charitable initiatives.

“The induction includes training with life coaches, as well as learning a set of skills which are sure to benefit contestants. These are skills the ladies will be able to carry with them for life,” said organiser Heidie Smith.

Entrants will attend mentorship programmes where topics such as finance management, life coaching, social media etiquette, nutrition and health, self-defense and self-love will be discussed.

Funds raised go to Rotary approved charities and The North Coast Courier Orphan Fund.
