The Durban Waterproofing and Roofing fishing fun day, in partnership with the North Coast Courier Orphan Fund, is right around the corner and there is plenty of excitement in the air as we gear up for another unforgettable day down by the dam.

Hosted at the Dudley Pringle Dam on Sunday, April 15, the event will run from 6.30am to 2pm, with prize giving taking place at 11am.

There will be no measuring and weighing of fish.

The focus is on family fun and affording fishermen the rare opportunity to fish the exceptionally productive, untouched waters of the Dudley Pringle dam, which is not normally open to the public, for one day only.

The Ballito Lions Club will also be selling boerewors rolls.

Gear up for a great day down by the dam.

Anglers can target any species of fish in the dam (including bass, tilapia and barble).

Kick boats, paddle ski’s and small inflatable paddle boats are allowed, however no motorised boats or sneaker motors will be permitted.

Online registration is now closed, however you can still register on the day (please note that once the dam is at capacity we will not be able to accept any more entrants).
