Cupcake fundraiser supports children with life-threatening conditions

Cupcakes of Hope treats sold out before noon.

Saturday’s Cupcakes of Hope fund-raiser in aid of children with life-threatening diseases experienced a groundswell of public support.

The many mouthwatering delights were a hit among shoppers at The Well.

Baking angels offered an array of wonderful flavours which provided customers with many options to celebrate national Cupcake Day at La Piazza.

Sweet treats galore to help raise funds for children with cancer.

Brand ambassador Diana Brett said the fundraiser was a huge success with the North Coast community donating generously even when they were not buying the cakes on sale.

“The amazing sponsors, baking angels and local businesses made the day a huge success. It’s such a good feeling to know that we are making a difference,” she said.

Michelle Gagen got herself a sweet treat for the day.
