Ballito Photo Club masters create visual magic
All the category winners of the September club competition.
A stunning photo of a Cape Vulture in flight earned local photographer Brian Roberts the Best Senior Overall prize in the Ballito Photo Club’s September competition.
Lorna Cooke claimed the Best Junior Overall category with her image “Before the Hunt”.
The competition attracted 94 entries. The set subject was Silhouettes.
The category winners were:
Mono: Avril Eshmade (Bathtime).
Nature (no birds): John Roux (If looks could kill).
Colour Open: Brian Williams (Suspicious Eyes).
Photojournalism and Sport: Avril Eshmade (Sensational Turn).
Scapes: Brian Williams (Sunrise on the rocks).
Set Subject (Silhouettes): Rung Button (Silhouette Quintet)
Visual Art: Brian Roberts (Thunder)
