Eighteen high school pupils injured in Isithebe accident
Three pupils were seriously injured and rushed to a clinic for treatment.
Eighteen high school pupils were injured after the vehicle transporting them overturned in Isithembe, Mandeni, this morning.
According to Samantha Meyrick of IPSS Medical Rescue, three pupils suffered serious injuries – one critical – and they were rushed to the Sundumbili Clinic by private transport.
The injured pupils ranged in age from 15 to 17..
Paramedics found 15 other pupils with minor injuries at the scene.
