A vision of the North Coast in the coming years

A new school, massive resort, large-scale estates and widespread amenities are all planned to form part of the Collins Residential portfolio which spreads along the coast from Ballito to Tinley Manor.

Zululami Luxury Coastal Estate, Seaton Estate, Lalela Estate and now Club Med Tinley are all at different stages of completion.

Zululami was the first of Collins Residential’s North Coast estates to go live.

Zululami was the first to be launched and has just 27 single residential stands still available, while current homeowners have seen an annual capital appreciation of 24%.

Seaton, the biggest of Collins’ residential estates, has sold 222 of 288 stands, and that is before the first resident has even moved in. Seventy-five of those plots were sold in 2023 alone.

Lalela is the most cost-effective estate in the portfolio, offering freehold land from R720 000 and homes from R2.3-million. It is hoped that the first residents will move into their homes in the first quarter of 2024.
