The greater Ballito ward committee is more inspired than ever – with five new members bringing a new look with fresh ideas for the area.
The ward 6 committee elections took place at the Ballito Library last night where more than 20 residents attended to vote in their candidate choices.
The committee will serve as the eyes and ears of their respective ward, carrying feedback from the community to the councilor and from council to the community.

Ward 6 councillor Tammy Colley said she was happy with the outcome of the elections.
The committee members are: Flip Helberg, Themba Khumalo, Annet Sewraj, Sindisiwe Mitcaba, Loshnie Mohanlal, Ricky van Huyssteen, Thoko Shezi, Mantombi Mkhize, Thobile Gumede, Zama Lebakeng.
