New access road to the Ballito CBD

Traffic congestion was previously a nightmare during peak morning and afternoon hours

In order to alleviate traffic congestion in the Ballito Business park, an additional entrance has been built on the old agricultural road by the UIP.

Security manager Dieter Fittkau said the old agricultural bridge has been paved and is now accessible to light motor vehicles.

“In the interests of commercial property owners in the park it is deemed prudent to restrict access between 8pm at night and 5am in the morning. The access is well signposted.”

The UIP has made many upgrades to the business park area which included putting up directional signs as well as garden installations at the entrances of the business park.
