KDM to inspect PLG school
The appeal hearing has been adjourned until March 22.
An on-site inspection of the PLG School premises will take place within the next few days before the appeal hearing reconvenes on Tuesday, March 22.
The appeal hearing got underway at the KwaDukuza municipal council chambers on Wednesday, March 9, KDM with PLG School Ballito Academy leading its arguments.
No final outcome was reached and KDM will put forward its arguments when the hearing reconvenes.
In the mean time KDM will conduct the on-site inspection of the school before the next sitting in two weeks’ time.
The school has a number of appeal routes that could be followed and is expected to exhaust all options in order to obtain special consent and correct zoning to operate a school.
