Generous donations bring cold relief to Vulamehlo Hospice

The Melville Hospice has been providing palliative care for over a decade.

The co-ordinator at Vulamehlo Hospice, Elizabeth Khumalo, is ecstatic following the recent donation of essential appliances.

The hospice in Melville has been providing palliative care to KwaDukuza communities for over a decade.

They could not store medication and food for their patients properly after their long-serving refrigerator broke last November.

“I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Ayob Khan from Ace Supermarket in KwaDukuza, who donated a fridge, and Xoli England from Nutrivita, who donated a fridge, a freezer, and a microwave,” said Khumalo.
