New wheels for ecstatic Sheffield resident
Chitundu has been a regular shopper at SUPERSPAR Tiffany's for the last 15 years, following it with the move from Umhlali to Salt Rock.
Sheffield’s Salome Chitundu was the lucky recipient of a new car, handed over to her at SUPERSPAR Tiffany’s on Monday.
Chitundu’s brand new Hyundai i20 was the grand prize of a 10-week SPAR KZN comeback promotion, which handed out weekly prizes across the province.
The competition was run through the SPAR rewards programme, with every item bought using the rewards card equal to one entry into the prize draw.
A range of other prizes, including power banks, gas stoves and a year’s supply of bread and milk were won over the previous two-and-a-half months.
“I am so grateful to SPAR! I found out three weeks ago and thought it was a scam, I could not believe it,” said Chitundu.
“Most of all I would like to thank God who has answered my prayers.”
