ACDP president to visit Ballito

Party seeks to push for seats in provincial legislature and parliament ahead of the May 7 elections.

African Christian Democratic Party (ACDP) president reverend Kenneth Meshoe will visit Ballito on Friday, April 25.
Meshoe will address a public meeting at Lighthouse Family Church at 7pm.
His visit is in line with the ACDP’s resolve to push for seats in provincial legislature and parliament ahead of the May 7 elections, making up for the losses it suffered in the 2009 presidential polls.
The party currently holds three seats in national parliament and wants to increase this.
Local ACDP councillor reverend Nel Sewraj said the ACDP has stood the test of time.
“Unlike other political parties our message remains the same: South Africa needs godly government, and now more than ever. A strong opposition is not the solution, godly government is.”
Meshoe started out as a teacher before embarking on a successful career as a Christian minister and political leader.
All members of the public, churches and Christian leaders are welcome to meet Meshoe at the Lighthouse Family Church situated at 5 Moffat Drive, Ballito Business Park at 7pm.
