Security breach in Nkandla report – protector

“The document had submissions that indicate that in the opinion of the ministers there are provisions in the provisional report that constitute a security breach,” she told reporters in Pretoria.

She was speaking after the security cluster of ministers submitted a 28-page response to her provisional report on the upgrade of President Jacob Zuma’s private Nkandla homestead in KwaZulu-Natal.

She received the submission from the minister of police on behalf of the security cluster of ministers on Friday.
