Disgruntled students embarked on a protest on Monday morning, demanding that the university improve its security following the deaths of two students last week. The deceased, two female students were found inside their bedroom at a nearby house with bullet wounds to their heads and black cloths in their mouths. One suspect has been arrested so far.
On Wednesday, university management and student representatives were locked in an 11 hours long meeting which resulted in all parties finding one another.
Staff members who could not gain access to the campus, could on Thursday morning be seen reporting for duty.
