Murder accused, former Jozi FM DJ Donald Sebolai, has told the South Gauteng High Court sitting in Palm Ridge through his lawyers, that when he was arrested on July 8 following the death of his girlfriend, Dolly Tshabalala, he was on his way to hand himself over to the police.

Madonsela may approach courts to protect her office

It would only be under an extreme situation that Public Protector Thuli Madonsela would approach the courts to protect her office from attacks on it since the release of the Nkandla report. However, she hopes to leave office constitutionally stronger than she found it.
