Two girls knocked down by bus in Pinetown

ER24 spokesperson Chitra Bodasing said the accident occurred on Old Main Road while on the girls, believed to be 17 years old, were on their way to school in the morning. “Paramedics arrived on scene and found the girls lying on the left hand side of a construction site between a truck and the bus.”

Bodasing said the patients were assessed and it was found that they had sustained moderate injuries. They were treated and transported to Life Crompton Hospital for further medical care.
