No arrests have yet been made in connection with the murder of a girl, whose dismembered body was found in Garankuwa, north west of Pretoria, but three people have been arrested after a mob Justice attack on a man they thought was responsible for the murder.

Nineteen-year-old Reneilwe Seloadi was reported missing on Sunday and her naked charred body was discovered three days later, said police spokesperson Kealeboga Molale.
“Seloadi’s naked body was found by the community at a secluded area of Extension 1 in Mothutlung on Wednesday. Her legs were cut-off and scattered in the vicinity, with her lower body partially burned.”
It’s presumed that she may have been raped.
Seloadi was visiting her grandmother in the area on Saturday and was supposed to return home on Sunday, but never did. A search operation started on Sunday evening, but to no avail until the discovery on Wednesday.
Molale said three men, in their 30s, were arrested on Wednesday after they allegedly assaulted a man they believed was responsible for the murder.
“They assaulted the man with hard objects. They will appear in court on charges of assault to do grievous bodily harm.”
The men were expected to appear in court on Thursday.
