The woman was allegedly phoned by the man, whom she knew and had previously worked for, requesting her services again to help him with his laundry, Phoenix Sun reported.
The man allegedly informed the victim she would not be working for him that day and asked her to instead help his friends with their laundry.
The woman alleged she had finished the washing and begun ironing when she was suddenly grabbed from behind.
She claimed one of the men started raping her, after which the other man joined the assault.
It is believed another part-time employer of the woman, who had come by to check up on her, intervened and rescued the woman.
Phoenix police spokesperson Lieutenant Louise Naidoo said the matter was reported and the FCS member who was on duty proceeded to the scene and arrested a 24-year-old suspect identified as Ali Raza.
In a separate incident, a man was charged with rape after a woman threatened to stab herself with a knife rather than engage in sexual intercourse with her employer.
