The case against Madodaezani Petros Jali, Sefike Ramatsei and Mbangeseli Sokheli’s was postponed to February 12.
They remained in police custody.
The three were allegedly involved in a crossfire shooting suspected to be carried out by taxi bosses in October.
Two women travelling along the corner of the K101 and Le Roux roads in Midrand were hit by what was reported to be stray bullets from the shooting.
A 39-year-old passenger in the car was shot in the head while the driver was hit in the right arm.
The passenger died on the scene and the driver was taken to hospital.
