Kleinhentz initially had a warrant of arrest issued against him after he missed his first court appearance on July 30, but it was cancelled and his bail reinstated as he appeared later that day.
His defence alleged he was present in the building but missed his appearance.
His court appearance followed an alleged road rage incident in Fourways on Saturday, July 26, where he was filmed getting out of a Porsche and attacking a VW Jetta driver.
In the video footages, which has since gone viral, Kleinhentz can be seen kicking the VW’s door and side mirror and later snatching the motorist’s car keys and throwing them away.
Eblockwatch members had filmed an encounter at a traffic light, alleging the passenger of the Porsche threw something out of the window at the car behind them. The driver of the targeted car then allegedly hooted at the Porsche.
“The Porsche driver then proceeded to swerve in and out in front of the other car until coming to a stop at the next robot where the passenger of the Porsche got out of the vehicle and started to kick and bash the other car door and side mirror. I recorded most of the event except where the thug repeatedly punched the other driver in the face,” said one of the members.
Kleinhentz turned himself over to police a few days after the alleged assault took place, he was charged and then released on bail of R1 000.
