Krejcir’s wife released from jail

Czech fugitive Radovan Krejcir's wife Katerina Krejcirova has been released from jail, the Hawks said on Saturday.

Krejcirova was released on Friday after lodging an urgent application in the High Court in Pretoria, said Captain Paul Ramoloko.

She was arrested at the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on charges linked to an alleged stolen vehicle found on the couple’s Vaal property.

Krejcirova was at the court for her husband’s bail application.

Ramoloko said her son Dennis was also arrested on Friday and released on the same day.

Dennis was facing charges of theft of motor vehicle.

Both mother and son are expected to appear at the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
