A variety of loose assets as well as fixed property will be sold by Consolidated Auction Group at two dynamic disposals – the one being a double bill – on Tuesday and Wednesday.

First up on March 4 is a property of 8 476m², of which more than half can be let. The property includes a total factory area of 3 771m², a factory, workshops, offices, and a large re-enforced yard.

Situated at 10 Burnley Street in Benoni South, it’s ideal for manufacturing or transport premises.

In addition to the prime industrial property, Grant Stockdale, Consolidated’s principal realtor, will bring to market a 17-hectare smallholding (225 Rietkol). It includes a large home comprising four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a detached cottage

Directly after the property auctions Chico da Silva of Consolidated will hoist the hammer over mechanical horses, flat-deck and super-link trailers, four- and 8-ton volume- and drop-side cans, crane trucks, forklifts, LDVs, workshop equipment, spares, and office furniture. The auction on March 4 starts at 10.30am.

The next day, from 7pm at 10 President Street, the focus will be on Ford Focus’s, runarounds, sedans, bakkies and other late-model low-milers. Not to be missed for those in the taxi industry, is the wide range of Toyota Quantum and other Hiace taxis.
