The businessman was arrested in November on kidnapping and attempted murder charges.
Krejcirova was arrested at the court in connection with an allegedly stolen car found on the couple’s Vaal property, lawyer Piet du Plessis said.
After consulting with police and her husband’s lawyers, four armed police officers led Krejcirova out of the court. They placed her in a police vehicle and drove off with her. It was unclear which police station she was taken to.
