The bikers said they belonged to the Bikers Against e-tolls and came to support the family of a fellow motorcyclist.

The alleged killer, who is in his forties, was arrested on Friday after he allegedly got into an argument with 39-year-old biker Douglas Pierce while they were both travelling on Malibongwe Drive.
According to police Lt-Col Katlego Mogale, the two pulled off the road and continued their confrontation during which the motorist was injured and the biker shot dead. Firearms recovered from both men were sent for ballistic testing.
The motorist was treated for head injuries in hospital under police guard.
