African National Congress provincial chairman Paul Mashatile on Sunday called the Democratic Alliance a confused organisation.

“Any organisation that does not know who its president is, is already defeated,” he said.

Mashatile was speaking in Sharpeville where the Young Communist League of SA was celebrating its 10th anniversary.

He urged supporters to rally behind the ANC and ensure victory in the upcoming elections. They should trample on the DA.

“Run DA run. Especially now that they are confused because they don’t know who is their president. They are trying to buy one,” he said.

Mashatile told the party’s deputy secretary general Jesse Duarte that Gauteng was ready for the elections and would ensure the party emerged victorious.
