Social media users boiled in anger after a racist Facebook rant allegedly by Matthew Theunissen, directed towards minister of sports and recreation Fikile Mbalula.
This comes after Mbalula suspended privileges of sports federations from bidding for international tournaments due to a lack of transformation.
The Facebook post reads: “So no more sporting events for South Africa.. I’ve never been more proud than to say our government are a bunch of k*****s.” and then lapsed into a string of obscenities.
Mbalula responded on his Twitter account, saying: “Racist people like Matt insult gov because of its drive to transform SA take us backwards”.

Good deeds between black and whites are never celebrated. The minute a retard coughs up racist remarks, Twitter jams. #MatthewTheunissen
