Proteas must hit choke tag for six

If you accept the philosophy advanced by India's Sachin Tendulkar – and as one of the greatest batsmen the game of cricket has been graced by, why shouldn't you? – it's all about mental strength.

“Any active sportsman has to be very focused; you’ve got to be in the right frame of mind. If your energy is diverted in various directions, you do not achieve the results,” is the way he put it.

The focus for the Proteas in the upcoming World Cup in Australia and New Zealand will be on shaking off the “chokers” tag the team have virtually made an exclusive South African preserve.
