Up-and-coming Pretoria rock band deliver scintillating performance at EP launch party.
Pretoria rockers Indigo Reign introduced their debut EP, Could you be?, at RAD in Centurion on Friday night.
They were joined on stage by You, Me and the Harmony, Gunslinger, and Man As Machine.
As one of Centurion’s newest live music venues, RAD provided a perfect intimate space for the launch of the EP.
The band also debuted four new songs, set to be released on their first full-length CD, which will be recorded later this year.
Band members Misu Naidoo-Fourie, Ray Grimm, Jay Soulo, and Indigo Reign quickly made a name for themselves in the seven months since they got together.
They recently toured the Eastern Cape and are planning another to the province’s art festivals.
Their earnest, blues-tinged rock, inspired by the likes of Airborne, Jimi Hendrix and AC/DC, is earning them praise from critics.
This is definitely a band to keep a close eye on.
