Here is how you make an egg-white and honey mask for your face:

– Mix the white of an egg and add one tablespoon of honey. Stir the mixture properly and apply to your skin.

– Wait for 15 minutes before rinsing with cool water.

– Enjoy rejuvenated and younger looking skin.

For the hollandaise sauce:

– Three large egg yolks

– Juice from half a lemon

– Salt to taste

– Pepper to taste

For the burgers:

– 500g lean ground beef

– Salt to taste

– Worcestershire sauce to taste

– Three eggs, fried or poached

– Three slices of bacon, cooked to a crisp

– English muffins or burger buns

Method:

Heat grill to medium-high heat.

5. Egg rubber ball

Entertain your kids by making a rubber ball with a hardboiled egg. This experiment may take some time, so it is better to get started as soon as possible.

Boil an egg until you are certain it is hard and completely cooked on the inside. Remove egg from shell and put it into a jar, filled with vinegar and a lid for approximately five days. Cover the egg with vinegar completely for accurate results.

6. Pappardelle with creamy white wine sauce, mushrooms, and a fried egg

Ingredients:

– 500g egg pappardelle pasta

– 300g bacon

– 250g fresh sliced mushrooms

– 30g unsalted butter

– 3 cloves garlic, finely minced

– 240 ml Chardonnay wine

– 240 ml vegetable broth

– 120 ml heavy cream

– 3 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely minced

– Quail eggs for garnish

– salt and pepper

Method:

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and salt generously. Cook pasta to al dente, according to package instructions.

In a large pan, cook bacon over medium heat, until bacon turns opaque but not burnt. Set aside to drain over paper towels. Dispose of bacon grease and wipe pan clean.

In the pot you used for cooking pasta, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Sautée garlic until golden, about one to two minutes. Increase the heat to medium, add the mushrooms and sautée until juicy (if it is dry, then you may have overcooked them), about two to three minutes. Season with salt to taste. Add half the Chardonnay wine (half a cup), and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes or until the wine reduces. When mushrooms are done, turn heat off but leave mushrooms in the pot, but away from heat.

Back to the other pan (the one used to cook bacon), heat the remaining half of the wine over medium heat until it reaches a boil and it reduced to half, then add the vegetable broth first, followed by the cream. Stir thoroughly. If you want a thicker sauce, add more cream. If you want a thinner sauce, add more broth.

Bring the cooked pasta back in the pot with mushrooms and stir thoroughly. Pour the cream mixture into the pasta and stir until combined.

Add the cooked bacon and mix well. Season to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Over medium heat, pan fry some quail eggs in an oiled skillet until the edges start to curl and turn golden but the yolks still runny.

Remove from pan with a spatula and lay on top of pasta. Serve immediately.

10. Use eggs to clean your leather

If you happen to have a few egg whites in the fridge after using the yolks for baking purposes, consider using it to clean your leather.
