A man was embaressed when his car was trashed with blue paint when he parked on a handicap parking spot in Brazil.
A car was ruined with blue and white paint and paper, after bystanders noticed the driver of the car parked on a handicap spot.
The incident took place in Brazil and the video has since gone viral on the Internet.
