Junior Super Chef cooking competition a great success.

Children in Pretoria showed off their cooking skills at Hirsch’s in Centurion on Friday evening.

Using a mystery bag of products the children cooked up a storm in the store.

To cook the children used a Snappy Chef induction plate and Defy Microwave Air oven to impress judges Lourine Wannenburg, Paul Lotter and Trudie. Warren Pearce the chef was also there to assist the children throughout the fun event.

The children had an hour to cook with the help of the judges. They were judged on their planning, how organised they were, taste, initiative and ambition.

Lidene Lubbe was the winner of the Junior Super Chef and will be going to the finals in Fourways on 9 July 2015.
