Swartkops Airshow

This Air Show has proved to be a favourite on the annual air show calendar and has been awarded the best South African air show for 2011, 2012 and third position in 2013 by the Aero Club of South Africa. The airshow starts at approximately at 09:00 on Saturday mornig. For more information click here.

Koos Kombuis: Sit dit aan, sit dit aan

Come and spend an evening with Koos where he will not only be performing his latest songs, but also new versions of old favorites. The show will take place at 20:00 on Friday evening, at the Atterbury Theatre. New and old meet, anger and longing mix and simplicity remains king, like only Koos can. Tickets cost R 130 – R 150 per person and can be bought at Computicket.

 

Northern Regions Circuit Motorcycle Racing Championship

The third round of the Northern Regions Circuit Motorcycle Racing Championship takes place at Zwartkops Raceway west of Pretoria on Saturday 9 May. With 11 classes of racing motorcycles, for juniors from the age of 8 up to seniors in the various Superbike and Masters classes, the action is sure to keep spectators entertained and enthralled. Spring fun walk for Cystic Fibrosis 2015

There is no cure for Cystic Fibrosis and most individuals with this condition die young, many in their 20’s and 30’s from lung failure. However, with the continuous introduction of many new treatments, the life expectancy of a person with the condition is increasing to ages as high as 40 or 50 in some Cystic Fibrosis individuals. Support a healthy cause at the Pretoria National Botanical Gardens on Saturday. The walk starts at 0:00 and tickets costs R 20 – R 70 per person. Mothers Day Art in the Yard

Treat your mother to a special day out at Railways Cafe as we host our Monthly Art in the Yard craft market with assorted local craft stalls as well as live entertainment on Sunday 10 May from 10:00.
