FREAKY FRIDAY: 90-year-old legless tortoise gets prosthetic wheels
Meet Mrs T, the 90-year-old tortoise with wheels as her legs.
A 90-year-old tortoise named Mrs T lost her legs when rats ate them while she was hibernating. With little to help the situation, its owner and his son got an idea to glue wheels from a model aircraft onto the tortoise’s shell, making her twice as fast.
